Tropic Like It's Hot is our family's oceanfront home on the quiet west end of Oak Island. The deck leads straight onto the sand. There's an elevator from the ground level to the main floor, a Tesla charger under the house, and room for a big crew: 1 king, 2 queens, twin-XL bunks, a trundle, a queen sleeper, and a pack-n-play.
We bought it in 2020 (it used to be The Pirate Haus) so our kids could grow up on this beach, and so other families could too.
