1 king, 2 queens, 4 twin-XL bunks (two bunk beds, built of solid wood), 1 twin bunk trundle, 1 pullout queen sleeper sofa, and a pack-n-play. King and one queen are Kingsdown mattresses. Twin-XL so taller guests actually fit.
